BEAVERTON, Ore. – Members of Oregon Territory FCU have approved the merger of the $50 million credit union into $440 million Rivermark Community CU.
The merger will expand Rivermark’s field of membership, which includes Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Polk, Yamhill and Marion counties to include the counties of Hood River, Gilliam, Sherman, Wasco and Wheeler.
Oregon Territory’s branches located in Salem, The Dalles and Maupin will remain open as Rivermark locations.
A representative for the bank said JPMorganChase is still dedicated to venture capital investors and new businesses.
