EUGENE, Ore. -- Northwest Community CU has acquired a Portland branch with a deal for Portland’s $24 million UFCW Northwest CU.
The $750 million Northwest Community CU has 16 branches spread cross 12 Oregon cities, including Beaverton and Oregon City in the Portland metro area.
UFCW CU serves employees of several United Food and Commercial Workers Union locals in Washington and Oregon.
