CORVALLIS, Ore. – OSU FCU has contributed a used phone system valued at $100,000 to Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital.

Rather than sell the phone system to a wholesaler, the $450 million credit union donated the system, which includes the main switch, 250 phones, voice messaging, call center software, and all the equipment needed for 11 remote locations.
The hospital anticipates that the new phone system will be installed in about two months.
Samaritan Health Services is a network of Oregon hospitals that serve Benton, Lincoln and Linn counties.
