OUR CUs Tom Zamberlan Ends 43 Years In CUs

ROYAL OAK, Mich. – OUR CU on Wednesday announced Tom Zamberlan is retiring as CEO of the $200-million credit union, ending a 43-year career in the credit union movement.

Zamberlan has been with the credit union since 1985 and has been president and CEO since 1999.

“The day we knew was coming and always wished wouldn’t has arrived,” said Board Secretary Joel DeShane. “Tom’s management style and personal demeanor has made everyone associated with the credit union feel that Tom was more than our CEO. He was a friend who was truly interested in you and your life.”
