Parolee Convicted Of MidFlorida FCU Hold-Up

LAKELAND, Fla. – A federal jury found Cornelius Bryant guilty last week of June armed robbery at MidFlorida FCU, while Bryant was out on parole from another bank robbery charge.

Bryant entered the credit union’s branch on June 23, demanded money from the teller and left with about $1,650.

At the time of the robbery, Bryant was on parole for a 2002 bank robbery conviction.

He is scheduled to be sentenced Feb. 27.
