CHATSWORTH, Calif. – Three of the 16 owners of Business Partners, a member business lending CUSO owned by failed Telesis Community CU, have agreed to buy the CUSO from NCUA, which is liquidating the one-time $610-million credit union.
The new owners will be Farmers Insurance Group FCU, Great Lakes CU and Public Service CU.
Business Partners is owned by 16 credit unions nationwide; however, the three credit unions are the principal owners.
