GLEN ALLEN, Va. – Partners Financial FCU, which serves a mix of federal and state agencies and business groups, has been approved by NCUA to convert to a community charter serving more than 800,000 residents of Richmond and three surrounding counties.
The new charter will allow the $75 million credit union credit union to serve Henrico, Chesterfield and Hanover counties.
The 50-year-old credit union current serves about 100 government groups and 100 businesses.
