Pasadena FCU Gets ComplianceCommander

PASADENA, Calif. - (04/12/05) -- Pasadena FCU said it has acquiredIntrusion Inc.'s Compliance Commander, a real-time data privacy andregulatory compliance system focused on blocking, monitoring andalerting members of the loss of confidential information.Compliance Commander connects to the credit union's networkperimeter, typically behind a firewall, and watches for thepresence of unencrypted non-public information where it is normallyprohibited. Once the system detects a violation, it instantlyblocks the attempted communication and alerts the IT staff that apotential violation has occurred. Intrusion is based on Richardson,Texas.
