ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Pentagon FCU has signed with MathMystery to provide financial literacy services to its members in both English and Spanish.
“We believe wholeheartedly that math skills are the foundation of strong financial literacy and helping children understand the basics now will help them in the future,” said Frank Pollack, president of the $15 billion credit union.
MathMastery is an online resource designed to help students, teachers and parents learn, practice and understand essential math skills. Students who participate in MathMastery's online courses can expect to increase their understanding of math concepts through nine courses: Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Tables, Graphs and Statistics, Fractions, Decimals and Percents, Geometry, Equations Roots and Exponents.
