HARRISBURG, Penn. – Members of Clarion University FCU last week voted overwhelmingly to merge the $6 million credit union into Pennsylvania State Employees CU, the third small credit union absorbed by the credit union giant over the past two months.

The state’s largest credit union recently absorbed $9 million Rite Aid Employees CU and $3 million Gannett Fleming Employees CU.
Pennsylvania State Employees CU is the largest credit union in the Keystone State with $2 billion in assets.
