ALLENTOWN, Penn. – People First FCU said it named Jeffrey Albert, its senior vice president and chief operating officer, to be president and CEO of the $375-million credit union.

Albert will succeed the popular Fran Muto, who retired in June after 37 years at the credit union. Muto died recently.
Albert began his career with People First in 1990, bringing 10 years of banking experience, which included marketing, sales and service culture, electronic services, and new product development.
