ALEXANDRIA, Va. - (07/28/04) Pentagon FCU said Tuesday ithas agreed to merge into it the Veterans of Foreign Wars FCU, inKansas City, the credit union giants sixth acquisition inthe past two years. VFW FCU, which is headquarter in the VFWnational headquarters in Kansas City, has 2,400 members and lessthan $5 million in assets. The merger is scheduled to be completedby Sept. 1.
