ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Pentagon FCU said its PenFed Realty CUSO is offering rebates of 1% of the price of a home purchase to participating home buyers in the form of a closing credit at settlement.

The rebate program originally was geared toward military personnel, but recently was expanded to include all home buyers in the metropolitan Washington area.
PenFed Realty provides a variety of real estate services to both members of the $11 billion credit union and non-members in Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
