Natalie Garza, branch manager for Security Service FCU's (San Antonio) 1604 Bandera location, received the Young Professional Award for Community Service from the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. Separately, the CU promoted Danny Lane to VP of its central region indirect lending department, and named Gregory Reed AVP of member service for its mountain west region.

Lesley Hastings, director of new client partnerships at The Members Group, Des Moines, Iowa, was elected to the board of directors for the Northwest Card Association. Separately, TMG hired Kari Budnik as a marketing and communications intern, Annette Hillmer and Giselle Valdez as a fraud detection analysts, Mercedes Van Dorn as a project consultant and Janelle Weikum as a centralized request center rep. The company promoted Deb Bloom to fraud detection manager, Brandon Kuehl to product development architect, Matt Moench to fraud and risk workflow analyst, Chandra Ritter to cards education services manager and Cindy Wildt to project consultant II.

Mark Waller was promoted to SVP and COO at Associated CU in Norcross, Ga.

Security Service FCU, Payson, Utah, tapped Andrea Cotton to serve as manager of its service center in Payson.

San Mateo CU, Redwood City, Calif., named Lourdes Carini branch manager of its new East Palo Alto office.
