The Tallahassee Chapter of Credit Unions, Tallahassee, Fla., elected to its board: Deb Woodlief, president; BIll Enfinger, vice president; Lyndell Maxwell, secretary; and Kenn Rice, treasurer. Elected committee chairs are: Fredda Brown, legislative; Linda Knetsch, education; and Samantha Strickland, community relations.

UW Credit Union, Madison, Wis., recently promoted Pete Adam to director of internet services, Mary DiMenna to branch manager of its new eastside location, and Greg Yelk has joined the credit union as UW's director of information technology.

Denton Area Teachers Credit Union, Denton, Texas, recently named Dale E. Kimble president and CEO.

Mutual Savings Credit Union, Birmingham, Ala., recently named Dale Dalbey executive vice president.
The California Credit Union League, Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., recently promoted Cindy Cavanaugh to the position of league controller.
NATIONAL
The Credit Union Executives Society, Madison, WIs., recently named Gregory T. Westrich marketing representative.
CUNA's Center for Professional Development, Madison, Wis., announced that the Level 1 Compliance Achievement Award recipients are: Fredda Brown, Florida State University CU; Marcos Freeman, Navy Army FCU; and Deborah Hofmann, Great River FCU.
The Level 2 Compliance Expert Certificates and designation as CUCE have been awarded to: Nara Hartmann, Mission FCU; Amanda Phillips, INCO FCU; Janet Piersall, Tinker FCU; Cheryl Volden, State Capitol CU.
