MISSOULA, Mon. – A man who robbed Missoula FCU yesterday morning was captured afterward after he was hit in a shoot-out with police.

The robber entered the credit union armed with a rifle around 10 am yesterday and fired a shot into the ceiling in front of about 30 employees and members.
The robber fled the credit union in a blue pick-up and was cornered by police on the city’s south side.
Several shots were fired and the man was struck by one of the officer’s rounds. He was taken to the hospital where the injuries do not appear serious.
