FAIRFIELD, N.J. – Polish & Slavic FCU, which serves the sprawling Polish-American population in New York and New Jersey, is planning to open four branches in the Chicago area over the next two years.
The first two branches are slated for later this year or next year, the $1.2 billion credit union said.
The Chicago area has one of the largest populations of Polish-Americans and Polish immigrants in the country, believed to be more than one million.
