WOODBURY, Minn. Postal CU has signed with CRIF Lending Solutions to provide members with immediate decisioning on their loan requests, which will enable the majority of members who apply for a loan to receive a decision on their request in as little as 60 seconds.
CRIF said its ACTion product offers users end-to-end, automated processing of loans and accounts, while also connecting with a wide variety of core, document, appraisal, electronic signature and other essential lending systems.
“We selected ACTion largely based on its flexibility and powerful rules,” said Brian Sherrick, president of the $600-million credit union. “The system will be key in helping us streamline our lending process for faster turn times in delivering an outstanding member experience.”
