BOULDER, Colo. – Premier Members FCU has implemented Diebold’s ImageWay portfolio, which includes all capture points including the ATM, the branch and remote business locations.
As part of this project, Premier Members updated its ATM network with 12 new Opteva ATMs with Intelligent Depository Modules. The modules integrate with ImageWay ATM, Diebold’s Web-based image processing system, to determine check amounts, assess image quality and transfer deposit images and transaction data back to the credit union’s central processing site.
Premier Members FCU implemented ImageWay Branch capture in eight of its branches. ImageWay Branch allows the credit union to accelerate check processing by capturing all of the checks deposited through the branch in batches behind the teller counter. Data is then transmitted to its central processing site, and check posting and fund availability is nearly instantaneous for credit union members.
The $315 million credit union also deployed ImageWay Remote, which enables Premier Members FCU’s merchant members to make deposits from their offices or store locations.
