eMerchant View Is Introduced

WAKEFIELD, Mass.-Encore Merchant Services has introduced eMerchantView, which allows member businesses that use EMS for their credit card processing. "eMerchantView is a faster and easier way for merchants to view their credit card transaction information through a personal computer," the company said. The Internet-based solution includes six months of history for batch deposit information, transaction details, chargeback information, retrieval information, cardholder account inquiries, and three months of statement history.

Irwin, GPO FCU In Mortgage Deal

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y.-Irwin Mortgage has formed a partnership with GPO FCU to provide home financing to the credit union's members. Irwin said it has placed a mortgage loan officer in the office of the credit union.

4 CUs Move Processing To TNB

DALLAS-Four credit unions have chosen TNB Card Services to provide card processing services to their members: Arizona-based Tempe Schools CU has moved 3,800 accounts; California-based Mendo Lake CU converted 2,200 credit and 1,400 debit accounts; Texas-based Nizari Progressive FCU will begin offering MasterCard Classic and Platinum cards to its 6,500 members, and California-based Union Pacific California EFCU will begin offering cards to its 2,500 members. Separately, the company said a survey of its clients has found the overall client satisfaction level was very high. Client services, which provides support to TNB's client issuers, received excellent scores averaging 4.5 on a 5.0 scale.

State Nat'l Unveils Online GAP

FORT WORTH-State National Cos., a provider of loan protection products, is reporting overwhelming customer approval for its newly released online Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) program. Part of Client Tools, a suite of Internet-based solutions for helping clients effectively manage programs, "this new application will help clients sell and administer GAP," the company said. It was piloted at Southeast Financial CU. "Along with easy navigation, security levels and 24-hour access, the convenient tools include a number of useful processes for managing GAP programs online," the company said.
