Georgia Central Adds ALM Tool

DULUTH, Ga.-Georgia Central Credit Union has partnered with Southeast Corporate FCU to add an asset/liability management tool, ALMonitor, which is geared towards smaller institutions with non-complex investment portfolios. Southeast will also be offering the ALMonitor product to its members as a complement to its more complex CorpAnalytics asset liability product. "Even though Georgia Central was already offering its members a full-featured ALM product, PALMS, we realized that some credit unions didn't need a very sophisticated reporting tool," said Amy M. Fuller, Georgia Central's COO. The program automatically pulls NCUA 5300 call report data for use in generating reports. Credit unions can access these reports through the My Georgia Central page on the corporate's web site at www.gacentral.org.

Separately, GCCU has overhauled its website at www.gacentral.org to make the "My Georgia Central" member portal more efficient and convenient.
