CUNA Mutual Offers SEG Product

MADISON, Wis.-CUNA Mutual Group's MEMBERS Financial Services has begun offering what it says is a first-of-its-kind Select Employee Group (SEG) marketing program "designed exclusively to help credit unions market insurance and investment programs to members and attract new members through retirement planning and financial services."

In offering the service, MEMBERS Financial cited CUNA research showing that just 20% of SEG employees eligible to join a credit union do so, yet 80% said they would use financial services designed to help save for retirement. MEMBERS Financial Services provides a complete turnkey plan that provides credit unions and SEGs all the marketing materials necessary to educate and service employees.
