ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – PSCU Financial Services and Financial Service Centers Cooperative yesterday rolled out a new phone-based lending system that can be implemented by any credit union nationwide, including non-shared branching credit unions.

The system, called CIMple Loan by Phone, connects members using FSCC’s shared branches to PSCU’s call center and allows them to complete a loan application at 1-866-MY.CU.NOW. The system also is open to credit unions not participating in the shared branching network.
“Any credit union can expand 24/7 lending simply by putting this phone number on their website and promoting it in their branches," said Peter Schmitt, executive director, PSCU Financial Services.
