LAKELAND, Fla. – Publix Employees FCU has deployed Edcomm Banker’s Academy Teller System Simulation Training program for Symitar Episys.
Symitar Episys will be hosted and maintained by Edcomm Banker’s Academy’s Learning Management System, Learning Link.
Banker’s Academy’s Observe-Practice-Demonstrate Model, the simulation program covers a series of real-world transactions including check cashing, deposits, balancing, account opening and member searches, to ensure that all tellers at a credit union are fully prepared to serve their members.
