Focus on Compliance for Credit Unions will continue to be hosted and maintained by Edcomm Banker’s Academy’s Learning Management System, Learning Link.
Focus on Compliance for Credit Unions covers: Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, Privacy, Gramm-Leach-Bliley, Sarbanes-Oxley, Reg CC, Check 21, Reg E, Truth in Lending, FCRA, FACT Act, ECOA, Fair Lending, HMDA and Bank Bribery. The company said the program also includes a guide to all regulations and a searchable library of reference materials.
