HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. – Red Rocks CU yesterday said it has implemented Integrated Media Management’s TotaleAtlasWeb electronic document management solution.
TotaleAtlas provides users with a document preparation engine that captures signatures in-branch electronically and merges XML data with PDF documents. This gives members the ability to receive and sign documents securely whether sitting at home or traveling around the world.
Red Rocks CU now offers TotaleAtlasWeb as the first option to every member seeking a loan. As a result, the credit union has completed more than five times the number of online transactions in its second month of offering this service in comparison to the first month.
The $140 million credit union is using the remote digital signature capture and secure document delivery service in tandem with IMM’s TotaleAtlas.
