Visa USA and payment services provider PropertyBridge LLC have partnered to offer rent collection services to residential property managers, The American Banker said.
PropertyBridge, based in Oakland, announced the partnership that will indirectly help Wells Fargo & Co. as it processes all PropertyBridge transactions, the daily added. Some 4,000 property managers are being offered the service in a direct marketing campaign, it said.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
