The credit union chose to deploy VSoft’s branch item capture solution as an outsourced model, which the company said enables the transition of its check processing to VSoft’s data center, VServe. The company said its solution gives the credit union the ability to capture deposits in the back office, streamlining processes and reducing internal expenses.
The credit union also will use VSoft’s branch item capture, inclearings/shared drafts, out returns, archive/research and cash lettering services.
