RHINELANDER, Wis. Ripco CU has signed with eDOC Innovations to implement the company’s ProDOC Packages workflow management tool.
ProDOC packages electronic transactions for automated signing and delivery. Transactions such as loans, new accounts and other transaction types are created electronically and completed in combination with both in-branch and online signature processing.
“Since Ripco’s No. 1 priority is growing our loan portfolio, ProDOC Packages is a perfect solution,” said Liza Edinger, president of the $110-million credit union. “Our field of membership covers seven rural counties, so we are very excited to be able to offer electronic workflow and e-signature convenience to those members who are unable to stop by a branch for loan closings.”
