CENTRALIA, Wash.–A robber forced a group of tellers into the vault at Twinstar Credit Union’s branch here as part of an early-morning robbery.
Police reported receiving the robbery alarm at 6:45 a.m. and upon arrival were told by staff at the branch that the male suspect forced them to the vault in a takeover-type robbery.
An undisclosed amount of money was taken. Police were able to track the suspect for a short distance in the snow, before losing the tracks.
