Richard Clark, 67, took a Yellow Cab to the credit union branch and then went inside and handed a teller a note demanding money, according to police.

The robber told the teller he had a bomb, and the teller gave him cash. The robber then left the credit union and got back inside the Yellow Cab and left.

Witnesses called police and gave them the cab’s license plate number. An officer located the cab a short while later and arrested Clark without incident.

Two witnesses from the credit union were transported to where the cab was located, and both witnesses positively identified Clark as the robbery suspect, according to police.

Clark was charged with aggravated robbery, which is a felony.
