ROUND ROCK, Texas – Two men involved in a robbery at Austin Telco CU Monday beat several workers with handguns and kicked them in the face and head, according to police.

The men, who were wearing wigs and carrying trash bags, entered the credit union shortly before noon, demanded cash and then beat several workers, said records of their arrest. An officer saw the suspects leave as he arrived and followed them until one of the suspects fell out of the passenger vehicle with a large trash bag, the affidavit said. That man was taken into custody after a foot chase, the affidavit said.

Emmanuel Doyle, 25, has been charged with aggravated robbery, and a second suspect has not been taken into custody.
