WARNER-ROBINS, Ga. – Robins FCU announced Friday it promoted John Rhea, its long-time executive vice president, to the post of president and CEO.
Shea, who has been with Robins FCU since 1996, will succeed John Ruffin, who retired as head of the $1.1 billion credit union at year-end. The well-known Ruffin had more than 37 years experience in credit unions, including 25 years with NCUA.
Shea has more than 30 years in financial services management.
