ATLANTA - (01/05/06) -- S1 Corp. said Wednesday it completedthe sale of its well-known Edify unit to Intervoice, Inc., ofDallas, for $33.5 million in cash. Edify, which had made biginroads in the credit union market in previous years, providesinteractive voice response systems. Intervoice said Edify will helpit speed the delivery of speech solutions across multi-channelportals, like voice, data, and video, for both network andenterprise customers.
