SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio City Employees FCU plans to build as many as eight new branches this year.
The $315 million credit union is planning to build freestanding branches.
The credit union grew its assets by 3% last year, while net income rose by 7% to $3.9 million for 2007.
The credit union had $71.1 million in net income last year; assets were up 14% and membership up 12%.
The bank was determined, by multiple industry rankings and experts, to be the best mobile banking provider in the U.S.. Bank of America took second place.
