Second Try For CU Merger

DENVER - (04/08/05) -- Denver Media CU and White Crown CUare proposing to combine--for a second time. In 2003 the two creditunions also attempted a merger, but Denver Media CU fell short ofthe 67% approval vote needed from members. This time, the creditunion's president, Bart Nyberg said he is confident the merger willbe completed this time. The combination would create a credit unionwith about $50 million in assets serving 10,000 members.
