ATLANTA – SecureWorks, the fast-growing online security services provider, said yesterday it has agreed to acquire LURHQ, a Chicago provider of online security software. SecureWorks specializes in software that detects and prevents external Internet attacks. LURHQ markets software that identifies and manages internal threats. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The company will be headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with offices in Chicago, Illinois; Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and Charlotte, North Carolina. The merged company will maintain 24x7 Security Operations Centers in Atlanta, Chicago and Myrtle Beach.
