SAGINAW, Mich. – The Serverside Group has granted a license of its U.S. card customization patents to CUSO Design One Creative here.

The London-based Serverside’s move follows the group’s recent settlement with United Solutions Company, a Tallahassee, Fla.-based CUSO. The license will cover Design One Creative’s existing customers and future card customization programs with credit unions.
“We are pleased to be able to assure our current Picture My Card customers and future customers continuous service,” stated Gerald Hutto, president and CEO of Design One Creative. “With the license that we have purchased from Serverside, we can do just that.”
Serverside has dismissed Design One from the suit brought against it by Serverside in Delaware.
