PORTSMOUTH, N.H. Service CU has implemented Integrated Media Management’s TotaleReceipts teller management solution.
The $2.3-billion credit union has been leveraging several IMM products over the years. The company said by adding TotaleReceipts the credit union now can electronically sign and generate custom receipts to streamline teller processes across the U.S. and Germany.
IMM said TotaleReceipts enables Service CU to improve the work environment for tellers by eliminating the need for large, bulky printers at each teller station. The solution seamlessly archives each electronic transaction receipt as a PDF, eliminating labor intensive scanning and indexing.
TotaleReceipts also gives members more options, as IMM said they can forgo paper receipts and have transactions e-mailed to them if they choose, or receive a printed copy that is generated on a small-footprint thermal printer.
