The 24/7 financial self-service kiosk–dubbed “FAST” for Financial Access Service Teller–was provided by Tellagent LLC, a CUSO of Paragon FCU. The machine is powered by Ensenta software.
The FAST machine functions as both a teller or a self-contained branch and offers cash withdrawals and deposits in both U.S. Dollars and Euros. It allows members to pay loans, transfer funds and deposit checks.
Portsmouth, N.H.-based Service CU, one of the biggest defense credit unions, plans to install a FAST machine at Ramstein Community Center, in Ramstein, Germany, in the next few weeks.
