Service Plus CU Chooses Sharetec System For Core System

MOLINE, Ill. — Service Plus Credit Union, a $21-million asset credit union here, has chosen Sharetec System, a developer of credit union software, for its core system.

"After considering our options for a new core system, we decided on Sharetec due to the ease and flow between the components of the system, the cutting edge of their technology, and the confidence we have in their service team," said Service Plus Credit Union's president Kevin Pieper, in a statement.

Based in Lino Lakes, Minnesota, Sharetec was founded 20 years ago by four regional partners: Bradford-Scott Data Corporation, Data Systems of Texas, GBS and Northern Data Systems. According to Sharetec's website, almost 300 member credit unions use the company's products.
