Skimmer Found On Navy FCU ATM

MANASSAS, Va. --Police are looking for one or more suspects who placed a skimmer on a Navy FCU ATM here.

At least three people have filed police reports about fraudulent charges on their credit union accounts after using the ATM at the credit union Nov. 25. The victims reportedly used the ATM between 11:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. on Sunday and later that week they started to notice the charges. They notified the credit union officials and police.

Police later determined a card skimmer was place on the ATM before 11:45 a.m. and taken off after 2:45 p.m.
