Some Thinking 'Irrelevant'

CALABASAS, Calif.-To effectively use online banking, credit unions must also be flexible and adapt to constantly evolving consumers who are demanding more and more out of their financial institutions.

Intuit Financial Services SVP-Consumer Solutions Albert Ko called the existing concept of online banking "irrelevant."

"CUs that are still stuck in the mentality that they know what online banking is and that its three or four things will be stuck on the wrong side of a technology wave being adopted by consumers," he said.
