Summit Information Systems, a unit of Fiserv, Inc., has rolled out the first phase of its new contact management solution. This critical component known as the Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM) Suite, has been developed through a strategic collaboration with Fiserv's Customer Center Solutions (CCS) Division. "The addition of the ERM Suite to the Summit CRM solution delivers a new level of workflow automation and member contact management efficiency for credit union sales and service staff for Summit clients," the company said.

Summit said the solution is designed to both streamline contact processes and optimize a credit union member's experience, the ERM solution provides front-line employees with a complete snapshot of prior contact history, which in turn improves their ability to more specifically anticipate and target member needs.

"Wrapped in a browser-based framework, the initial phase features integrated bi-directional navigation between the ERM and the Summit core solution, providing more efficient workflow processes and eliminating the need to retype basic member information," it noted.
