WAYNE, Penn. – SunGard yesterday said it has agreed to acquire Strohl Systems, a provider of business continuity systems.
Strohl is best known among credit unions for its PLANet, an Internet-based business continuity planning and crisis management platform.
Strohl Systems, which is based nearby SunGard in King of Prussia, Penn., will become part of SunGard Availability Services, a provider of information availability solutions.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The bank was determined, by multiple industry rankings and experts, to be the best mobile banking provider in the U.S.. Bank of America took second place.
