SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - (09/19/05) -- Sunmark FCU announced Friday it islaunching a financial literacy campaign for tenants of theSchenectady Municipal Housing Authority. The credit union willprovide financial education to tenants of low-income housing andoffer them expanded opportunities for deposit accounts, accrueassets, and help them manage their finances. The local housingauthority owns and operates 1,007 units of public housing and alsoadministers more than 1,300 Section 8 Housing ChoiceVouchers.
