Sunmark FCU’s Mobile Solution Allows Member Feedback

LATHAM, N.Y. – Sunmark FCU has introduced a mobile banking application that will allow members to conduct financial transactions and to voice opinions about the credit union’s products and services.

Featuring a completely new design based on member feedback, the mobile application includes new usability features, such as instant access to financial information and the ability to transfer funds and pay bills immediately.

The new system, rolled out Oct. 1, provides the members with the ability to use the application across a host of technology platforms, such as: cell phones with text messaging and mobile internet access, prepaid cell phones, BlackBerry devices, plus all Droid phones and iPhone devices.
