SAN DIEGO – A 19-year-old woman was arrested last week on suspicion of being the “Sun Hat Bandit” who robbed a Mission FCU branch and two banks within hours last month.
The robber wore the same distinctive hat in all three holdups and told tellers that she had a gun, authorities said.
