Teacher FCU Celebrates 70th Anniversary With New Identity

PLYMOUTH, Minn. – Teacher FCU will begin its second 70-years of service under the new name of TruStone Financial CU, on June 1.

The $615 million credit union has branches in Apple Valley, Golden Valley, Roseville, St. Cloud, Renville, and in Maple Grove, where, on June 9, it will open a new office designed to better work with members and educate them as to services available. Work has begun on new branch locations in Minneapolis and Golden Valley.

In 1939, Teacher FCU was chartered in 1939 by 16 teachers who created a fund of just $307.
