SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Teachers CU is implementing FrontRange’s HEAT Cloud Hybrid IT Service Management solution.

The HEAT Cloud solution has the ability to integrate into other solutions including Active Directory for user information, Microsoft SCCM for asset management and other internal programs. HEAT Cloud also provides the $2 billion credit union with detailed reports highlighting key performance indicators of their service desk operations.
"While other solutions were clunky and not as streamlined, HEAT Cloud was a more mature product that integrated seamlessly into other applications," said Duane Wilcoxson, vice president of IT at Teachers.
